Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative team in developing concepts and visual ideas that meet client objectives.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies across all platforms (digital, social media, print, etc.).
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, production, and strategy to ensure cohesive execution of campaigns.
  • Review and approve designs, scripts, and final outputs before presenting to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to ensure our creative work is innovative and cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a creative leadership role, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous campaigns, branding, and creative work.
  • Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, design, and marketing principles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor the creative team.
  • Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to clients and internal teams.
